The Sail Loft is set in the grounds of, and adjacent to, a meticulously renovated 17th century threshing barn, Sunnybrook Barn, now our family home.

Situated 4 miles south of the historic city of Chichester, with its famous cathedral and theatre, and very close to the natural harbours of Chichester, a major sailing hub, and Pagham, with its solitude, birds, walks and shingle beach, you will not be short of things to do and places to visit.  

The beautiful sandy beaches at West Wittering and good local shopping are a 10 minute drive away or you can cycle from the door. There is also fantastic walking up in the South Downs National Park, just north of Chichester and many picturesque villages with pubs.

The Goodwood Estate, with its renowned motor and horse-racing venues and aero-nautical club, are about 5 miles away and we frequently host guests attending or participating in these events. The new RSPB reserve at Medmerry is close to The Sail Loft.

The Sail Loft is an open-plan studio apartment, with kingsize bed, a seating area with sofa, dining area with table and 2 chairs and shower room with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The apartment is warm and comfortable.
